eStatements
Thank you for considering eStatements! An eStatement is an
electronic version of your monthly statement that gets posted to your WESTconsin
Online account instead of being printed on paper and delivered via the mail.
They help the environment and serve as an efficient means of distributing
information.
Benefits of eStatements:
-
Secure site access and safe means to distribute sensitive information
-
Convenience of online access to your statement anytime, anywhere
-
Faster retrieval of your monthly statement
-
Reduces household mail and lowers printing and paper costs
-
Option to view 12 months of statements at one time
-
Environmentally friendly
-
FREE service to our members!
Getting Registered for eStatements
-
Begin by logging into your WESTconsin Online account by
clicking here.
If you do not have an online account, follow the instructions that are provided
by
clicking here.
-
Once you are in WESTconsin Online, click on the Additional Services tab.
-
At the prompt, provide your email address and accept the user agreement, which
acknowledges your decision to receive your account statement, notices, and
inserts online rather than on paper.
Note—You will need to register each membership account that you wish to
receive an eStatement separately (i.e.—personal account, joint account,
business account). And if you register during one of the last three days of a
month, you may still receive a paper statement for just that month with your
eStatement beginning the following month.
Retrieving eStatements
At any time, you can access your eStatements through your WESTconsin Online
account.
-
Once you have logged on, click the
Additional Services tab.
-
Select the specific statement inserts to view. You can view, save, or print your
eStatement.
-
You will receive an email notification (typically by the 2nd or 3rd business day
of each month) letting you know that your eStatement is ready along with a link
for accessing it.
Note—Adobe Acrobat Reader Software is required to open eStatements. This
program can be downloaded at no charge from the eStatement registration screen.
Each statement can be saved to a separate folder on your
computer should you choose to do so.
