| POSITION SUMMARY |
The Member Service Representative position interacts with our members by assisting them in a friendly, accurate, prompt, and professional manner, helping them identify their needs, and offering services or products to meet those needs. Primary duties will include opening new accounts, processing necessary account maintenance, researching member issues, providing exceptional service to members, using a proactive approach to identifying member needs and offering products and services to meet those needs. |
| SKILL REQUIREMENTS |
Must have excellent member service skills and attention to detail, demonstrated in past retail or financial experience. Must be comfortable using a proactive approach to identifying member needs and offering products and services to meet those needs. |

| SKILL REQUIREMENTS |
- Experience within the financial service industry in interacting with clients and meeting their financial needs
- FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and Series 65 and/or 66
- State of WI and MN Life/Health Licenses
- LUTCF, CLU, ChFC, or CFP designation or working towards the completion of one of these programs
- Valid Driver’s License
