What You Can Do to Help Protect Your Privacy

WESTconsin Credit Union is committed to protecting member's privacy. Here are some guidelines you can take:

• Protect your account numbers, card numbers, and PINs (personal identification numbers) and any passwords. Don't keep your PIN number with your debit or credit cards. This will provide access to your accounts if your card is lost or stolen.
• Use caution when disclosing any information such as account numbers, social security numbers, etc. to other persons. Beware if anyone calls requesting this information on behalf of WCU. Official credit union staff has access to this information and will not need to ask you for it.
• Keep your information such as name, address and phone numbers current with us. This will help us reach you if we detect potentially fraudulent or unauthorized activity with your accounts.
