WESTconsin Credit Union Welcomes Stephanie Rasmussen as Vice President Member Experience

WESTERN, WI—WESTconsin Credit Union is pleased to announce Stephanie Rasmussen as Vice President Member Experience, working from the Menomonie – East Administration Office. In her new role, Rasmussen’s focus will be assuring exceptional member driven experiences throughout the organization via all touch point interactions.
Rasmussen joins WESTconsin from Royal Credit Union where she worked for 11 years, and most recently held the position of Electronic Payment Specialist Manager. She possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and English Literature from University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. Rasmussen is married to Josh, and has two children, Kaleigh and Jordan. The family resides in Mondovi. She looks forward to working with staff and members in providing the best possible experience in support of major strategic initiatives. WESTconsin Credit Union has been serving members since 1939, and membership is open to anyone who lives or works in the Wisconsin counties of Barron, Buffalo, Burnett, Chippewa, Clark, Dunn, Eau Claire, Jackson, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, Rusk, St. Croix, Sawyer, Taylor, Trempealeau, and Washburn, or the Minnesota counties of Anoka, Chisago, Dakota, Goodhue, Isanti, Ramsey, Wabasha, and Washington, with a $5 minimum deposit in a Membership Savings Account.
