It’s Time to Consider Real-Time Alerts

What are Real-Time Alerts?

Waiting on your tax return, or want to know when a large payment you’ve made is withdrawn from your account? Real-time alerts will help you keep tabs on your account activity with alerts sent via email, text message, or by push notification. Rather than having to login to WESTconsin Online or calling the service center for an account update, real-time alerts are typically sent soon after specific account activities occur. You can identify which activities and at what amount you want to be alerted for, for example – receive a text message when a deposit of $500 or more is made into your membership savings or receive a push notification when your personal checking account balance hits $100. Real-time alerts can be set up for:

  • Low balances
  • Large withdrawals
  • Large deposits
  • Balance updates
  • And more...!

How Can Alerts Be Delivered?

  • Email
  • Text Message
  • Push Notifications (with the Mobile App)

How Do I Set Up Alerts?
