WESTconsin Credit Union Welcomes Scott Fredrickson to Business Lending

WESTERN, WI— WESTconsin Credit Union is pleased to welcome Scott Fredrickson to the role of Senior Business Loan Officer, serving Barron and the nearby area. Fredrickson joins WESTconsin Credit Union with over 24 years of experience working in customer service, credit, and lending with companies such as Ford Credit, Owens Corning, US Bank, and Superior Choice Credit Union.

Fredrickson, a native of Rice Lake, holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. “In my 24 years’ experience, I’ve done it all from working with and finding solutions for borrowers, to working on loans, to supporting multimillion dollar corporations.” Fredrickson stated. He continues, “I’m very excited for the opportunity to be back working with existing and future business members in and around the communities of Barron County.”

Fredrickson is a graduate of Rice Lake High School. He moved out of the area after college, and after living in Minnesota, Colorado, and Texas, his family returned to Rice Lake in 2006. He has been married to Tanya since 2001, and the couple have two kids, Madison (age 22) who is attending UW-Stout and Austin (age 19) who is attending UW-Eau Claire at Barron County. For fun, Fredrickson enjoys traveling, sports, movies, and cooking on the grill.  The family purchased their dream lake home in 2021 and loves spending time on the water.
