Quick Balance FAQs

  • What is Quick Balance?

    Quick Balance allows you to view your account balances and last 5 transactions without the need to login to the WESTconsin App, when enabled.

  • How do I enable Quick Balance?

    Login to the app and tap on More > Settings > Quick Balance > Current Device > toggle Quick Balance feature on. You must review the terms and conditions.

  • How do I access Quick Balance?

    Swipe down from the login page of the app or enable and add the Quick Balance widget to your device.

  • I enabled Quick Balances why doesn’t it work anymore?

    In order to keep Quick Balances active you’ll need to login in at least once every 30 days.

  • How do I disable Quick Balance?

    Login to the WESTconsin App and tap on More > Settings > Quick Balance > Current Device > toggle Quick Balance feature off.

  • I have multiple accounts that I access from one device, can I use Quick Balances for all of them?

    No, Quick Balance can only be enrolled for one account per device and vise versa.
