Dear Member,

As we settle into the new year with chilly days, football games, and resolutions, I want to thank you for starting 2026 with WESTconsin Credit Union as your financial partner. Last year was a time of growth and modernization as we celebrated grand reopenings of our River Falls and Prescott offices, as well as new debit and credit cards.

More exciting changes are coming this year, and I look forward to sharing how we are improving your experience!

Our Members Come First

Nothing makes me happier than hearing from members who have found success and partnership in working with WESTconsin. Whether you’re working with us in person, over the phone, or online, we strive to provide the best experience possible.

Hear from Bekah at Edgewood Bake Shop and why she loves being a WESTconsin member!

Over $4,500 Has Been Donated on Behalf of eSmart Checking Account Holders

Every quarter, we tally up the number of debit card swipes made by eSmart checking account holders and make a donation to a non-profit based on the total. In 2025, we donated $4,510 to local organizations that benefit the communities we serve. Being a part of a credit union means that you help make opportunities like this possible!

If you’re struggling with your New Year’s resolutions or financial goals, please don’t be afraid to reach out. Our team members are here to support you throughout every part of your journey.

Wishing you a year of success, happiness, and financial well-being!

Warm regards,

Jim Wookey
