Jim Wynn
Jim offers more than 20 years of experience in banking and is dedicated to helping businesses of all sizes achieve their financial and operational goals. For over 13 years, he has served in both lending and leadership roles, partnering with members and developing teams focused on delivering meaningful results.
Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from St. Cloud State University and an MBA from Hamline University. He is passionate about working alongside business members and internal lending teams to provide tailored financing and deposit solutions that support long-term success and financial wellness.
Outside of work, Jim enjoys barbecuing, attending his kids’ sporting events, and spending time outdoors with his family.
Brooke Dusk
With over 15 years of experience in the business world, Brooke excels at building long-lasting relationships with members. She has been with WESTconsin for nearly 13 years and loves getting to know members and the variety of businesses they own. Brooke is a longtime River Falls Chamber Ambassador and is also actively involved with the chambers in Ellsworth and Prescott. Outside of work, you can find her spending lots of time outdoors.
Chris Brooke
With more than 25 years of professional experience and over a decade at WESTconsin Credit Union, Chris Brooke brings a unique blend of real-world business insight and financial expertise to every client interaction. What sets Chris apart is his passion for making the lending process approachable and empowering. He enjoys hearing the stories behind each business—what inspired it, the challenges it has overcome, and the impact it has on the community.
Beyond his professional role, Chris is deeply committed to community involvement. He volunteers with Junior Achievement, is active in Central Lutheran Church, serves on various boards and service groups, and has coached youth soccer across multiple programs and levels.
Brice Medin
Offering 30 years of business experience, Brice is an expert at seeking out the solutions a member may need. He is passionate about developing relationships with each of his members and providing leadership as Regional Vice President – Business Lending.
Brice is active in the community, serving as a Board Member for the Eau Claire Revolving Loan Fund and a member of the Small Business Peer Advisory group in the Chippewa Valley. Outside of work, you can find him enjoying the outdoors and spending quality time with his family.
Scott Fredrickson
With nearly 30 years of experience in the finance industry, Scott is dedicated to helping members get the financing needed to help their business succeed and grow. He is a longtime resident of the Rice Lake area and can often be found spending time with his family, cheering on all the Wisconsin sports teams, or grilling out.
John Grape
John brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to every interaction. With over 27 years of experience in business and eight years at WESTconsin, John is an expert who provides top-quality service. He is passionate about mentoring new business owners and watching them succeed.
An active member of the Menomonie community, John is involved with the Menomonie Chamber of Commerce and previously served as the President and Vice President of the Menomonie Library Board. In his free time, you can find him kayaking on the local rivers, spending time with his wife and two children, or playing card games like 500 and Magic the Gathering.
Melissa Kraemer
Melissa has been a part of the business world for 37 years and a valued team member at WESTconsin for over ten years, most recently as the Regional Vice President – Business Lending. The most rewarding aspect of working with members for Melissa is building meaningful, long-term relationships and becoming a trusted advisor. She’s dedicated to supporting business members through every stage of their journey, from expanding operations and creating jobs to reaching new milestones.
An active member of the community, Melissa serves several community organizations including the St. Croix Valley Innovation Center Management Committee, WBD, and the Hudson Chamber of Commerce. In her free time, you can find Melissa in her garden, traveling, or spending time with her family.
Jim Richison
Committed to supporting local businesses, Jim has been a part of the business world for nearly 20 years and a team member at WESTconsin for seven years. He values being a part of an organization that is member and service focused and providing personalized service every step of a member’s business journey.
Jim is actively involved in the community, serving as the VP of the local Economic Development Corporation, a board member of WI – Rural Entrepreneurial Venture and VP of the local Housing Authority board of commissioners, as well as volunteering for many local nonprofits. Outside of work, you can find Jim spending time with his family, enjoying the peacefulness of their cabin deep in the woods, officiating hockey and football, or building and fixing something for someone, somewhere.
Josh Lindseth
With over 25 years of experience and a tenure of nearly 15 years at WESTconsin, Josh provides expertise and support every step of the loan process. He enjoys learning about members’ businesses and the different industries they’re a part of. Josh is involved with the New Richmond and Somerset Chambers of Commerce and is an emeritus board of director with United Way St. Croix and Red Cedar Valleys. Outside of work, you can find Josh spending time with his wife, biking, golfing, and hiking.
Joe Rumpel
With the experience of growing up on a dairy farm in Wisconsin and over 30 years as an agricultural and business loan officer, Joe has the expertise and the knowledge to support members throughout every aspect of their business journey. He values building long-term relationships with members and witnessing their success.
Joe is a board member of the Baldwin-Woodville Area Community Foundation and acts as the Treasurer of St. Croix County Farm City Day. He also volunteers annually with the St. Croix County Fair Meat Animal Auction.
Stacy Erickson
Stacy has worked at WESTconsin for over ten years and is passionate about supporting members. She takes pride in supporting them as they reach their business goals and delivering a thoughtful, result-driven experience every time. An active member of the community, Stacy serves on the Downtown Menomonie Board of Directors and the Treasurer for the Boyceville Community Action Club (CAC). She also volunteers with Junior Achievement. Outside of work, Stacy and her husband enjoy spending time outdoors golfing, snowmobiling, or hitting the trails in the side-by-side.
Molly Ness
As a business owner herself, Molly understands the many moving parts involved in running a business and the importance of having the right support in place. She has provided top-tier member service at WESTconsin for over six years. Molly is passionate about helping business members simplify and strengthen the financial side of their operations so they can focus on achieving their goals.
Molly is dedicated to giving back to the community. She volunteers with Junior Achievement and Habitat for Humanity, as well as local food pantries and assisted living facilities. In her free time, Molly enjoys exploring her home state of Wisconsin and all that it has to offer—music festivals, the local farmers market, hiking trails, and scoping out new coffee shops.
