eStatements
Yes, you can register for eStatements and view them from our Mobile App on a mobile device. Once logged into your account tap on More and see the eStatements option, from there follow the prompts to register or choose your eStatements to view if already registered.
You will need a program that allows you to open and read a PDF document, typically Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed on your computer or in the browser you use. You may have to install a PFD viewer app on your mobile device. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can click here for your free download.
Yes, to see a complete list of online banking supported browsers go to the home page of our website, hover over Personal > click Online Banking > scroll to bottom of page > click Recommended Browser Settings.
By opting out of eStatements you will begin to receive the documents in the mail.
- From a computer: click eStatements > Profile Settings > click Edit option (pencil icon) > under Delivery Type > click Paper > Submit
- From a mobile device: tap More > eStatements > Profile Settings > tap Edit option (pencil icon) > under Delivery Type > tap Paper > Submit
- From a computer: click eStatements > Profile Settings > click Edit option (pencil icon) > under Delivery Type > click Paperless > Submit
- From a mobile device: tap More > eStatements > Profile Settings > View Profile > tap Edit option (pencil icon) > under Delivery Type > tap Paperless > Submit
Once logged into WESTconsin Online, Business Connect or the Mobile App > select My Settings > update your email address. Or, from the Mobile App select More > Settings (gearwheel icon) > My Settings > Email Address
They will be available for up to 7 years after they have been posted.
The email address on file under My Settings will receive an email notification whenever a new eStatement is available for viewing.
If error states “There was an error processing a page. A font contains a bad CMap/Encoding”, you are using an old version of Adobe Acrobat Reader and need to upgrade. Adobe recommends that you first uninstall any older version of Acrobat Reader prior to installing the updated version. Once this has been done you should be able to view your eStatements with no problems. Click here to get the latest version.
Using Google Chrome, if a PDF image appears and has a button to “Open”, you may have the browser set to open PDF’s with an unsupported program. Change this setting to open with Adobe to view eStatements.
If error states “Internal error – [random numbers]. Please try again, If the problem persists, please contact your Financial Intuition.” This typically means that you do not have an email address on file withing WESTconsin Online, Business Connect or the Mobile App.
Once logged into WESTconsin Online, Business Connect or the Mobile App > select My Settings > update your email address. Or, from the Mobile App select More > Settings (gearwheel icon) > My Settings > Email Address
