Board of Directors Candidates

The following members have been nominated to serve a three year term on WESTconsin Credit Union’s Board of Directors:


In accordance with WESTconsin Credit Union bylaws, each member shall have one vote irrespective of the member’s share total. A member may not vote by proxy. An organization or association member shall be represented by and have its vote cast by a duly authorized representative of the entity. A trust shall be represented by the trustee. A member eligible to vote is 16 years of age or older and an account holder at least 60 days prior to the annual meeting.

Deadline to request a ballot was Saturday, September 12. Ballots must be returned no later than September 17, 2020.

Board Member Nominations

Interested in serving as a member of WESTconsin Credit Union’s Board of Directors? The WESTconsin Nominating Committee will meet early November 2020 to select candidates. Elections will be held during the Annual Membership Meeting in the spring of 2021. Director candidates must be members of the credit union and eligible to vote at the Annual Meeting.

Directors meet about 15 times each year. They also represent WESTconsin at community and credit union functions.
