  • Will I have immediate access to the funds?

In most cases the first $2,000 of the daily total deposit will be available the day of the deposit with the remaining funds typically available within two business days. For new accounts the first $225 of the daily total deposit will be available the day of the deposit with the remaining funds typically available within five business days. In some cases, extended holds may apply.

  • Can I see a copy of my check once it’s been deposited?

Yes, tap History in the mobile deposit menu and you’ll be able to see a list of checks accepted, pending or declined. You can tap on the check to see the check image and full details about the deposit. Check images are available for 180 days.

  • Why is my deposit showing accepted, but the funds aren’t in my account?

The accepted status means the image of the check was accepted but it still needs to be processed. Please allow one business day for checks to be processed.

  • How should I endorse my check for mobile deposit?

Endorse (sign) your check as it’s made Payable

    • If made payable to a business entity endorse as a business entity
      • For example: if a check is payable to Beach Rentals LLC then the endorsement on the back of the check should be signed as Beach Rentals LLC, your signature is not required
    • If you are a POA signing in place of the member signature:
      • Both the member name and Power of Attorney name need to appear in the endorsement. For example: Jane Doe by John Doe, POA
    • Include For Mobile Deposit underneath your signature or business endorsement
      • Helpful Tip: include @WESTconsin so that it reads For Mobile Deposit @ WESTconsin for secure deposit
