Scheduled Recurring Transfers

Schedule Recurring Transfers to fit your needs!

Use Scheduled Recurring Transfers to make loan payments, transfer funds to linked accounts, and even help you save money!

  • Scheduled Recurring Transfers are set up and managed by you through WESTconsin Online.
  • Manage Scheduled Recurring Transfers through either WESTconsin Online or the Mobile App.
  • Transfers typically post in the early morning hours of the scheduled date.

Getting Started

WESTconsin Online

  1. Login to your WESTconsin Online account
  2. Hover over Move Money > Schedule a Transfer
  3. Select From and To account
  4. Enter Amount
  5. Click repeat transfer > complete frequency selection and end cycle
    Frequency options: every week, every two weeks, every month, twice a month, once every three months, once every six months, every year
  6. Click Schedule Transfer > Confirm

Mobile App

  1. Login to WESTconsin Mobile App
  2. Tap Make A Transfer
  3. Select Schedule tab > Schedule a Transfer
  4. Select From and To account
  5. Select Frequency
    Frequency options: every week, every two weeks, every month, twice a month, once every three months, once every six months, every year
  6. Click Schedule transfer > Confirm

If funds are not available on the scheduled transfer date an email notification will be sent, notifying you the transfer was not successful.
