Stay Updated As Deposits Happen

Alerts and notifications will help you keep tabs on your account activity with alerts sent via email, text message, or by push notification. Rather than having to login to WESTconsin Online or calling the Service Center for an account update, notifications are sent daily following specific account activity, like a large deposit from the IRS for your tax refunds.

You can identify which activities and at what amount you want to be alerted for, for example – receive a text message when a deposit of $200 or more is made into your membership savings or receive a push notification when your personal checking account balance becomes $100 or less. Notifications can be set-up for:

  • Low balances
  • Large withdrawals
  • Large deposits
  • Balance updates

And much more. As long as your tax refund deposit amount is at or above the threshold you set for "large deposits," you will be notified within 24 hours of deposit being made into your account. For example, if your tax refund is $350 and you set the “large deposit” amount to notify you for deposits $200 or more, an alert will be sent within 24 hours from when it is deposited.

How Can I Receive My Alerts?

  • Push Notifications – notification on your phone’s home page, available if you’ve enabled them through the Mobile App (Mobile App > More/Menu > Settings > Push Notifications)
  • Text message – available if you’re registered for Text Banking through WESTconsin Online
  • Email – email(s) registered for Alerts & Notifications through WESTconsin Online (Notifications > Settings)
