WESTconsin Credit Union Welcomes New Vice President – Information Technology

WESTconsin Credit Union is pleased to announce Jayson Ampig as the new Vice President – Information Technology (IT). Ampig is joining the team after working in a number of IT positions, including in the credit union industry. Ampig’s education and experience has shaped his knowledge and skills in the field, making him an exceptional addition to the WESTconsin Credit Union team.

As Vice President - IT, Ampig will oversee the IT Operations, Data Analytics, and Core Analytics departments, as well as lead the execution of strategic initiatives that will promote operational efficiencies and growth. With his impressive background in leadership and an understanding of the financial industry, WESTconsin is thrilled to have Ampig help guide the credit union forward in the IT department.

“I am glad to be joining the WESTconsin team to lead an amazing group of people. My interactions with both leadership and staff have been truly refreshing,” Ampig said. “I am looking forward to working on finding synergies between IT and IT Security, ultimately ensuring our member’s financial needs are met with efficiency and excellence.”

WESTconsin Credit Union is dedicated to embracing technology to better serve its members, and Ampig will help lead that commitment. He replaced Kevin Hall, who is now the Chief Information Officer.
