New Marketing Enhancements Coming to the WESTconsin Mobile App


Some exciting updates are coming to the WESTconsin Mobile App! Users will be better informed on their account happenings and helpful products and services with push notifications. Plus, enabling location-based offers will keep members up to date on WESTconsin news and offerings.

Notification Updates

With this update, WESTconsin mobile app users can enable push notifications that will pop-up on the home screen of their mobile devices. Enabling push notifications will allow users to stay up to date in real-time on their account happenings and the latest WESTconsin products and services.

To enable push notifications:

  • Log in to the WESTconsin Mobile App
  • Navigate to the Settings menu by clicking the tool icon in the top right corner
  • Click Push Notifications
  • Turn on Interact Messages

Along with the upgrade are in-app notifications which will be automatically enabled.

Location Updates

An exciting new location feature will allow mobile app users to enable their location! When location is enabled, users can easily find the nearest ATM or office and receive location-based alerts for offers to better help them along their financial journey.

To enable location:

  • Log in to the WESTconsin Mobile App
  • A pop-up will ask for access to use location
  • Click Allow > While Using the App and select Allow all the time for the best experience
  • Return back to the main screen and select Allow
