Free Home Buyers Seminar


MENOMONIE, WI—An educational home buyers’ seminar is being offered to the public on Thursday, March 5th at 6 p.m. at the WESTconsin Credit Union Menomonie-East office, 3333 Schneider Avenue SE. This seminar is presented by Kyle Behrens, Mortgage Loan Originator, WESTconsin Credit Union; Jordi Buchner, Mortgage Loan Originator, WESTconsin Credit Union; Ladan Brewe, Mortgage Loan Originator, WESTconsin Credit Union; Morgan Beyer, Closing Specialist, WESTconsin Credit Union Title Services, Karen Cadotte, REALTOR®, ABR, CRS, WESTconsin Realty; Eric Sutherland, REALTOR®, GRI, WESTconsin Realty; and George Cadotte, REALTOR®, WESTconsin Realty.

The presenters will cover the steps involved for a successful home buying experience; everything from making an offer to closing on your home; and home loan programs, credit score and how it affects you.

Refreshments will be served and door prizes will be given away. Reservations are appreciated, but walk-ins are welcome! There is no cost to attend, and you do not need to be a WESTconsin Credit Union member.
