Access your accounts from anywhere with WESTconsin’s Mobile App! It's fast, free and secure! The WESTconsin Mobile App lets you check your balances, view transaction history, transfer funds, pay bills, deposit checks, view account alerts, locate ATMs and more.

Mobile App Set-up

The WESTconsin Mobile App is available for devices using Apple iOS and Google Android ™or Amazon Kindle Fire devices. To download, simply search for WESTconsin Credit Union and login using your WESTconsin Online username and password.

  • Mobile Deposit

    Deposit checks anytime, anywhere with WESTconsin’s Mobile Deposit!

    Making a Deposit?Simply login into the WESTconsin app and choose Deposits from the menu.

    1. Choose a suffix
    2. Enter the amount
    3. Take pictures of the front and back of the check
    4. Review and submit!

    Note: Deposit notification can be reviewed in the Check Deposit section of the Mobile App. To ensure that you receive deposit email notifications check that your email address is correct through our WESTconsin Online’s full site.

  • Touch ID

    Touch ID is a simple secure way to access your account by logging in into the Mobile App using your fingerprint.

    Device Requirements—built in fingerprint sensory technology; newest version of the Mobile App

    • iPhone 5s or later
    • iPad Air 2
    • iPad mini 3
    • iPad Pro or later

    Set up—Upon successfully logging into the Mobile App with your username and password on a Touch ID supported device, you will receive a prompt asking if you’d like to start using Touch ID to login.

    If at any time you choose not to use Touch ID you can disable from the Settings menu, found by tapping on the More menu.

    Security—Fingerprints are only stored on your device, WESTconsin’s Mobile App does not see or store your fingerprint information during the authentication process. After five unsuccessful attempts to use your registered fingerprint to access your account, you will be required to enter in the device’s passcode to re-enable Touch ID.

  • Quick Balance

    Quick Balance, when enabled, allows you to swipe down from the login page of our Mobile App and view your account balances and last five transactions without the need to login.

    Device Requirements—There are no specific device requirements to use Quick Balance; your mobile device just needs have the most current version of our Mobile App installed.

    Set up—Upon successfully logging into the Mobile App with your username and password or by using TouchID tap on Settings to enable Quick Balance. If at any time you choose not to use Quick Balance you can disable from the Settings menu.

    Security—After 30 days of inactivity Quick Balance will be disabled and you will be required to login to the Mobile App with your username and password or by using Touch ID.
